Luca Stef is a Durban-born, Cape Town–based alternative Indie artist fusing lo-fi electronics, computer-jazz textures, and rap inflections with a satirical wink. His 2024 EP SWAMP THiNG spotlights “Everyone In Cape Town Is So Sad,” “Run For Cover,” and “Wild Imagination,” following Angel Train (2022) and Night Terrors (2019). Released via Quit Safari, Stef’s songs balance bittersweet humor with diaristic lyrics.
