Manashe Musiq, legally known as Tapfumanashe Rujeko Mutseyekwa, is a Durban-based Zimbabwean music producer and composer. Born and raised in the suburbs of Harare, he discovered his love for music under the mentorship of his late uncle, Fortune Tendai Muparutsa. - Over the course of his career, Manashe has worked alongside some of Zimbabwe's greats, including the late Andy Brown, Clive "Mono" Mukundu, and Keith Farquharson, among others. He has also collaborated with award-winning Kwaito star L'vovo Derango on the track "Zunza," released under the legendary Kalawa Jazmee label. Earground, one of Zimbabwe's leading entertainment channels, has described him as "a producer who has stepped up to produce a hybrid sound that is richly African."
